☐ Day 4 — spotlight one member's intro publicly
☐ Day 5 — ask members to share one current blocker
☐ Day 6 — you answer 3 blockers in detail
☐ Day 7 — post a recap of the week's best moment
Rule: every post ends with a question or a clear action. A statement gets read; a question gets a reply. Replies are the only metric that matters this week.
