SOP: First-Touch Creator Outreach (run this every time)

Trigger: a creator clears your fit filter. Owner: outreach manager.

Phase 1: Prep (5 min)
— Pull their last 6 posts. Note 1 specific piece you'll reference by name.
— Confirm they already promote in your vertical (no cold education).
— Find their preferred channel: DM, business email in bio, or manager link.

Phase 2: Send
— Line 1: the specific reference. Line 2: one-sentence offer with a number ('$X + Y% rev-share'). Line 3: one yes/no question.
— Keep it under 90 words. No deck on first touch.

Phase 3: Track
— Log to CRM: name, channel, date, offer tier, status=Sent.
— If no reply in 4 business days, send 1 bump referencing the same post.
— If X reply then move to Deal stage. If 2 bumps then mark Dormant, recycle in 90 days.

Definition of done: CRM row exists with next action dated. No creator lives only in your inbox.
