Approval = the brand's right to review and request changes before you post. Left vague, it can trap you in endless free revisions.

Nail four things before signing:
— How many revision rounds are free? (2 is fair)
— How long do they get to respond? (so you're not stuck waiting)
— Are extra rounds paid? (yes — set a per-round fee)
— Does silence count as approval after X days?

Example: '2 rounds included, then $100 per extra round, and no response in 5 business days means approved.'

That last line protects you from a brand that goes quiet and blows your timeline.

Your move: add a revision cap to every deal. 'Unlimited' is the word that quietly steals your hours.
