Creators perform best when they talk about products in their actual voice. That means loose briefs, not scripts. It means giving them time to test the product first. It means allowing honest reviews, including the mild criticisms that paradoxically increase trust.
High-performing creator programs I've analyzed share one trait: the brand brief is a single page of "don't say" items. Everything else is the creator's call. Conversion rates on those deals tend to run 2-3x the industry average for influencer traffic.
