SOP: The Monday operating runbook
Run this every Monday morning before anyone touches a campaign.
Stage 1 — Money
— ☐ Analyst posts last week's net ROI by offer in the team channel
— ☐ Finance flags any network payout that's late past terms
Stage 2 — Risk
— ☐ Ops lead reviews account health: spend limits, restrictions, warnings
— ☐ Compliance flags any offer whose landing page or terms changed over the weekend
Stage 3 — Plan
— ☐ Each media buyer names their one scale bet and one kill candidate for the week
— ☐ Ops lead confirms every active offer still has a named owner
Owner: Ops lead (facilitator), each function reports their line
Trigger: Every Monday, before campaign work starts
Done-when: ROI, risk, and weekly bets are posted and every offer has an owner.
