☐ Within 24 hours — post the recording/notes and tag everyone who showed
☐ Within 24 hours — open one follow-up thread continuing the best discussion
☐ Within 48 hours — DM the 3 most engaged attendees a next step
☐ Log attendance and who spoke into your member records

The energy peak is the hour after, not during. A recap posted next week lands cold.

Measure: percent of attendees who do one thing in the 48h after. That number, not headcount, predicts whether the next event fills.
