— ☐ Analyst confirms net ROI after fees and shaving is positive, not gross
— ☐ Analyst confirms payout terms aren't about to drop on this offer
<b>Stage 3 — Stability check</b>
— ☐ Media buyer confirms CPA variance day-to-day is under 25%
<b>Stage 4 — Execute</b>
— ☐ Media buyer raises budget by one step (20%), sets a calendar check for +24h
<b>Owner:</b> Media buyer (gate), Analyst (margin sign-off)
<b>Trigger:</b> Any budget increase over 20%
<b>Done-when:</b> All checks pass and the +24h review is scheduled.
