Stage 2 — Capture knowledge
— ☐ Departing person documents active campaigns, swap lists, and any "only I know this" detail
— ☐ Ops lead confirms their named campaigns are reassigned to a current owner

Stage 3 — Financial close
— ☐ Finance confirms final payout matches reconciled revenue, not claimed
— ☐ Ops lead checks no payment method or business manager is still tied to them

Owner: Ops lead (access + knowledge), Finance (close)
Trigger: Contract end or departure
Done-when: Access is revoked, passwords rotated, and every campaign has a current owner.
