That's why traffic networks often sell by subscriber age:
— New (0-7 days): highest tap rate, costs a bit more.
— Old (30+ days): cheap, but more sleepers.

Neither is "bad." New is for testing offers fast. Old is for stretching budget once you know what works.

Try this: when you buy, ask your network if you can pick subscriber age. Just knowing the option exists puts you ahead.
