<b>The one-page creative brief that prevents reshoots</b>
Vague briefs cause off-brand content and awkward re-dos. A tight brief is the cheapest insurance you have. Reuse this template every time.
<b>The 7 fixed sections:</b>
— Objective: one sentence, one funnel role (e.g. "drive BOFU clicks to product X")
— Mandatories: link, disclosure placement, exact product name, offer code
— Talking points: 3 max — what's true and worth saying
— Do-not-say list: claims you legally can't make
— Format + specs: aspect ratio, length, platform
— CTA: exact wording + where the link lives
— Deadline: draft due date (not live date)
<b>Approval gate:</b>
— If a mandatory is missing in the draft → automatic revision, no debate
— If a do-not-say appears → revision + flag for compliance
<b>Definition of done:</b> creator confirms receipt, draft hits every mandatory, disclosure is correct, CTA matches.
Rule: keep talking points to 3 — over-scripting kills the authentic voice you're paying for. The brief sets guardrails, not a teleprompter.
