A member going quiet is a signal, not a verdict. Run a 3-message win-back before writing them off:
☐ Trigger: 14 days no read/post (not just no post)
☐ Message 1: low-pressure, specific — "saw you were into X, we just covered it here [link]"
☐ Wait 4 days. If still silent →
☐ Message 2: ask a direct yes/no question they can answer in one tap
☐ Wait 4 days. If still silent →
☐ Message 3: honest exit — "want me to keep you posted on X only, or all good?"
Never guilt-trip. Log who responds to which message — that tells you what your value actually is.
