Run a quarterly martech audit in one afternoon

Run a quarterly martech audit in one afternoon
The shortlist that exposes shelfware before renewal season.

1 — Pull last-login dates for every seat on every tool.
Why: a 40-seat license with 9 active users is a renegotiation, not a renewal.

2 — List integrations each tool actually has live versus what you bought it for.
Why: most overlap is two tools doing the same job because nobody checked.

3 — Tag each tool 'core / redundant / orphaned' on a single sheet.
Why: orphaned tools (champion left, nobody owns it) are your fastest cuts.

4 — Cross-reference contract end dates so you cut 60 days before auto-renew.
Why: miss the window and you're paying for shelfware another year.

5 — Sum the redundant column and walk it to finance.
Why: a number with a date attached gets approved; a vibe doesn't.

That's the stack for this week. Forward to a teammate.
