Built-in fraud scoring inside a tracker exists to upsell you, not to catch sophisticated bots — it checks the obvious data-center IPs and calls it a day. A dedicated solution like a fingerprinting service or FraudScore catches the device-farm traffic your tracker waves through. Use the tracker's filter as a coarse first pass, never as your final word.
