The Friday Ops Review (15-minute weekly SOP)
Solo UGC operators drown because nothing is reviewed on a cadence. Block 15 minutes every Friday and run the same five checks.
— 1. Pipeline: every active job — status, next action, blocker
— 2. Money: invoices sent vs paid, anything overdue to chase Monday
— 3. Deadlines: anything due next week without a film date booked
— 4. Outreach: pitches sent this week vs your target, follow-ups due
— 5. Admin: usage terms expiring, samples to request, files to archive
Keep it in one recurring doc with the same five headers each week.
Save this as a repeating calendar event. The review is the system that keeps the other systems honest. Standardize it and rinse and repeat.
