The Feedback Consolidation Protocol (no more scattered edits)
Clients leave feedback across DMs, voice notes, and Frame.io comments. Editing from scattered notes causes errors and extra rounds. Enforce one channel.
Your standard reply to any feedback: "Drop all changes in one numbered list here. I'll action them in a single pass."
Then run this:
— 1. Copy every note into one numbered doc
— 2. Tag each: [edit] / [new scope] / [unclear]
— 3. Flag [new scope] items back with a price before touching them
— 4. Ask one batch of clarifying questions on [unclear]
— 5. Action all [edit] items in one export
Save this protocol. One channel, one pass, one version bump. Standardize feedback and revisions stop multiplying.
