<b>The 3-Tier Portfolio Structure (so brands say yes faster)</b>
A grid of random clips converts poorly. Structure your portfolio in three tiers and update it on a schedule.
— Tier 1 — Hero reel (15s): your 4 best hooks back to back, top of the page.
— Tier 2 — By niche: 3-4 examples per category (beauty, supplements, apps, etc.) so brands self-identify.
— Tier 3 — By format: talking-head, voiceover B-roll, unboxing, demo, testimonial.
Each piece labeled: brand, platform, format, result if you have it.
Maintenance SOP: review portfolio first Monday monthly — add new wins, cut anything older than 12 months or off-niche.
Save this structure. A portfolio organized by how brands buy converts better than one organized by date. Standardize it.
