Trench note: don't sell subscriptions, sell the 90-day window
Nutra subscribe-and-save converts worse cold because "recurring" smells like a trap. But the offers need the recurring revenue to be profitable.
The framing fix: sell the 90-day commitment, not the subscription.
— Reframe as "results show up in cycle 3, so we ship 3 months" — ties the recurring to a benefit, not a billing convenience.
— Make the 6-bottle the default-selected option, single bottle the downgrade.
— Anchor on per-day cost ("$0.97/day") not per-bottle.
Same billing. The story is whether they feel locked in or set up for results.
