Everyone scripts the hook. Almost nobody scripts the PATTERN INTERRUPT that comes before it.
On cold nutra traffic, second 0-3 is just "do I belong here." Lead with a recognition trigger, not a promise:
— A specific person callout: "If you're over 45 and your [thing] won't budge..."
— A relatable failure: "You've tried cutting carbs. Still nothing."
— A mild contradiction of what they believe.
The hook (the promise) comes at second 4-8, AFTER they've self-identified. Flip the order and your hold rate jumps.
Identify them, then hook them.
