<b>SOP: Monthly network reconciliation</b>
Run this on the 1st of every month before you trust any payout number.

<b>Stage 1 — Gather</b>
— ☐ Analyst exports your tracker's conversions for last month
— ☐ Analyst exports each network's reported conversions and revenue

<b>Stage 2 — Match</b>
— ☐ Analyst aligns both by offer and day; flags any gap over 3%
— ☐ Analyst lists shaved or scrubbed conversions per network in a single sheet

<b>Stage 3 — Dispute</b>
— ☐ Account manager raises every gap over 3% with the network, attaching click_ids
— ☐ Account manager logs the dispute and expected resolution date

<b>Stage 4 — Decide</b>
— ☐ Ops lead flags any network with repeat unexplained shaving for a payout-terms review

<b>Owner:</b> Analyst (matching), Account manager (disputes)
<b>Trigger:</b> 1st of each month
<b>Done-when:</b> Every gap over 3% is either explained or disputed in writing.

Unreconciled revenue is a leak you can't see. Save this. Run it every time.
