Q: My AM keeps pushing one offer hard. They know best, so I should just run it, right?
A: Your manager is a useful ally with a conflict of interest. They're often paid to move specific offers — maybe one with a fresh cap to fill, or higher advertiser margin, not the best EPC for your traffic. Their recommendation is a strong lead, not gospel.
Use them well: ask why this offer, what its current EPC is for traffic like yours, what the scrub rate is, and which other offers they'd put their own money on. A good AM answers honestly. Then test and verify.
Short version: weigh your AM's pick as a tip, verify it with your own data.
