The Edit Spec SOP:

— Write a one-page spec: aspect ratios, caption style, hook timing, brand-safe rules, export settings.
— Build a project template (bins, fonts, LUT) any editor opens cold.
— Run a 30-second QC checklist before delivery: hook in 2s, captions readable, CTA present, audio leveled.
— Keep one revision pass between editor and you, not a free-for-all.
