If your site runs Prebid, you can watch a real auction happen by adding <code>?pbjs_debug=true</code> to your page URL and opening the browser console.

Why it matters: instead of trusting a dashboard, you see the actual bids, who answered, who timed out, and the winning price — live, on your own page.

Tiny example: add the tag, reload, and you might see "PartnerA $2.10, PartnerB no bid, PartnerC timed out." Now you know PartnerC is too slow for your timeout.

One thing to try: do this once on your busiest page. Spotting one timing-out partner can pay for itself.
