Your pillar page doesn't link to its cluster, so it's a pillar of nothing. Wire it.
Controversial but: most "topic clusters" are clusters in a spreadsheet and orphans on the actual site.
The wiring playbook:
— List your pillar and every cluster page under it.
— Confirm the pillar links DOWN to every cluster page with a descriptive anchor.
— Confirm every cluster page links UP to the pillar.
— Add 2-3 sibling links between cluster pages where the content genuinely overlaps.
— Verify there are no dead ends, every cluster page should pass equity, not hoard it.
A cluster without reciprocal internal links is just a list of articles. The mesh IS the strategy.
