Should your emails be beautiful, image-packed designs?

Gorgeous all-image emails feel premium, but they quietly hurt you, and here's the reason: many inboxes block images by default, so your reader sees a blank rectangle. Worse, emails that are mostly image with little text look like the spam filters' classic warning sign, and can land in junk.

A safer balance:
— Keep a healthy mix: real text plus a few images, not one giant picture.
