Does a "noreply@" address look more professional?
It feels official, like a big company. But using noreply@yourbrand.com quietly damages two things at once, and that's why it matters. First, when you ask people NOT to reply, you lose the replies that tell inbox providers you're a real, trusted sender. Second, you frustrate the customer who just wants to ask a question.
Better approach:
— Send from a real, monitored address like hello@yourbrand.com.
✅ In your next email, end with one line: "Just hit reply, I read every message."
— Actually check that inbox a few times a week.
Replies are free reputation gold. Don't slam the door on them.
Tiny homework: change your "from" address to a friendly, reply-able one today.
