Myth: "Test as many angles as you can, throw spaghetti"
Trench note: 30 angles isn't testing, it's gambling with your budget split into confetti.
Spread $300 across 30 creatives and every one gets $10 and zero conversions. You learn nothing. You just lit money on fire and called it "research."
— Test 3 angles, not 30. Give each enough budget to actually convert or clearly die.
— Pick angles from different buckets: fear (the thing getting worse), identity (who they want to be), mechanism (why this works differently). One from each.
Depth beats width. A winner needs enough spend to prove itself. Confetti-testing feels productive and teaches you nothing. Narrow it down before you launch, not after you've burned the bankroll.
Go test it.
