Treat the markup as one connected graph, not four unrelated snippets. Give each entity a stable @id, then connect them with references. This helps search engines understand how the brand, site, page and content relate.
A reliable structure:
1. Organization: the publisher or business, with its canonical @id.
2. WebSite: use publisher to reference the Organization.
3. WebPage: connect it to the site with isPartOf, and identify the page with about when appropriate.
4. Article: reference the page with mainEntityOfPage and the publisher with the same Organization @id.
Keep URLs consistent across @id, url, mainEntityOfPage, and canonical tags. Do not create duplicate Organization entities with slightly different names, logos, or URLs. Every property must describe visible, accurate page content; nesting alone cannot fix irrelevant or incomplete data.
Validate the graph, then inspect whether each reference resolves to the intended entity. Clear IDs and consistent relationships matter more than adding extra types.
