My exact content-decay triage (do this monthly)

Ran this on a client with 400 posts. Found 11 pages bleeding traffic in an afternoon.

1. GSC, last 6 months, compare to prior 6. Sort pages by clicks lost, descending.
2. Anything down 30%+ AND still impressions-heavy = refresh candidate. Down on both = maybe dead, ignore for now.
3. Open the URL, check the publish date in the copy. If it says a year that's old, that's your first edit.
4. Re-pull the live SERP. New sections everyone added? You're missing them.

Refresh the top 5 by lost clicks first. Leave the rest. Don't boil the ocean.
