Word is people losing their year-over-year benchmarks every time they change analytics tools. Build an external baseline:

On the 1st of each quarter, export reach, engagement, and follower counts per account.

Dump it into one sheet you own — not inside any vendor's dashboard.

Log which tool sourced each number (definitions differ between tools).
—
Keep it even after you cancel, so the trend line survives the churn.
Your history shouldn't live on a server you don't control. Watching this.
