The correction — instrument behavior, then confirm:

☐ Note which channels members open vs. mute
☐ Build the next ritual around revealed behavior, not survey answers
☐ Use surveys only to ask why, never what to build
☐ Ship a small version, watch the action, then decide

Trust the click, not the comment. What members repeatedly do is your real roadmap; what they say is a hypothesis to test.
