Slow onboarding kills momentum and makes creators ghost. Standardize the handoff so a signed deal becomes live content on a fixed clock.

<b>Day-by-day SOP (trigger: contract signed):</b>
— Day 1: send welcome pack — brief template, tracking link, asset folder, disclosure rules
— Day 2: generate their unique UTM link + bio short link, log in registry
— Day 3: kickoff call or async voice memo — answer questions, confirm dates
— Day 4-5: creator submits draft
— Day 6: review against brief mandatories + disclosure gate
— Day 7: approve + schedule

<b>If X then Y:</b>
— If no draft by Day 5 → automated nudge + offer a 2-day extension once
— If they go silent 3 days → escalate to a personal message, then pause

<b>Definition of done:</b> creator has assets, a tracked link, an approved post scheduled, and a row in your roster with all dates filled.

Rule: never let onboarding run informally for "easy" creators — the same flow scales to 5 or 50. Document once, reuse forever.
