When a brand pays you, the law (FTC in the US) says viewers must clearly know it's an ad — "#ad," "paid partnership," plainly visible.

Why it matters here: some contracts try to bury the disclosure or skip it. If regulators come knocking, <i>you</i> can be on the hook, not just the brand.

Example: a brand asks you to put "#ad" at the very end, hidden under "more." That's not a clear disclosure — and your name is on the post.

Your move: add one protective line — "All content will include clear FTC-compliant disclosure." It protects you, and it signals you're a professional who won't get them in trouble either.
