My Sunday reel autopsy (15 min, every week)
Stopped flying blind. Every Sunday I run the same teardown:
— Rank the week's reels by first-hour reach-per-follower, not total views
— On the top one: write the ONE thing that worked (hook type, audio, topic)
— On the worst: mark the exact second of the first retention cliff
— Carry one win and one fix into next week's plan, written down
— Save both reels to a 'patterns' folder so I can spot trends monthly
