My comment-seed routine in the first 30 min
Early comments move a reel. I stopped leaving it to luck:
— Plant one open question IN the reel or pinned comment that begs a reply ('which one would you pick?')
— First 30 min: I reply to every single comment with a question back to keep threads alive
— I never reply with one word — each reply restarts the conversation
— I screenshot which prompt drove the most replies and reuse the wording
Reels where I seeded a real question held in the feed longer. Today: write the pinned-comment question BEFORE you post, not after.
