Your monthly header bidding review checklist

Once a month, sit down and run the same five checks so problems never hide for long.

The routine:
— 1. Compare each partner's win rate to last month — flag big drops.
— 2. Recalculate floor prices from the latest 30 days of winners.
— 3. Re-time bid responses; if partners got slower, adjust the timeout.
— 4. Open ads.txt and remove any partner you've dropped.
— 5. Re-measure page speed with and without the auction.

Setups drift. Partners change pricing, connections shift, and old config rots.
