The boring truth: click data (Notre Dame's famous test, and a decade since) shows nearly all engagement goes to slide one; the rest is invisible. Auto-rotation also fights the reader, moving the message just as they start to process it. You didn't say more. You said one thing badly and buried four others.
The nuance: if you have five messages, you have a prioritization problem, not a layout problem. Pick the one that matches your dominant traffic source and let the page below carry the rest.
