The Community Health Dashboard Checklist
You can't run a community on member count alone. Track these six numbers weekly:
☐ Activation rate: % of new joins who hit your activation event in 7 days
☐ Reply rate: % of posts that get at least one human reply
☐ Contributor concentration: % of messages from your top 10 members (over 50% = fragile)
☐ Newcomer answer rate: % of beginner questions answered
