Moderation drifts when mods never sync. Run a fixed weekly standup with this agenda:

☐ 3 min: review the mod log — any member at 2+ strikes this week?
☐ 3 min: one rule that was unclear in practice — clarify or cut it
☐ 3 min: name 3 members worth promoting/recognizing
☐ 3 min: one thread that went sideways — what should we have done?
☐ 3 min: assign the week's greeter rotation and ritual host

Keep notes in a shared doc with date headers. Trigger: same time weekly, async if needed.

Consistency here is why two mods make the same call on the same behavior.
