Members don't become contributors by accident — you build the steps. Map each rung with a trigger:

☐ Rung 1 — Reactor: their first emoji/vote (trigger: prompt with a 1-tap poll on day 1)
☐ Rung 2 — Replier: first comment (trigger: a question only they can answer)
☐ Rung 3 — Poster: first original post (trigger: invite them to a low-stakes thread by name)
☐ Rung 4 — Helper: first answer to someone else (trigger: tag them on a question in their expertise)
☐ Rung 5 — Host: runs a ritual (trigger: ask after 3 helpful answers)
