Network strategy: single network vs spreading across many
Consolidation buys leverage; spreading buys coverage. Pick per goal.
— Single primary network: concentrate volume to hit higher payout tiers and earn a dedicated affiliate manager who grants exclusive rates and early offers. Risk: one account ban or payout delay hits everything.
— Multi-network: you chase the best payout per offer and diversify ban/payout risk. Cost: thin volume everywhere, no tier bonuses, more dashboards to reconcile.
Decision rule:
— If 80% of your revenue is one category then consolidate to one network for that category and earn the manager relationship.
— If you promote across unrelated verticals then one network per vertical, not one for all.
— If a single network is over 50% of income then add a backup before the dependency bites.
Checklist: identify your top category, find the network with the best tier curve there, name a manager contact, keep a documented backup network per vertical.
Definition of done: no single network failure can zero your income.
