Campaign's bleeding and the instinct is to nuke everything and rebuild. That's how you lose the one variable that was actually working.
— Pull the bottom 30% of placements/audiences first. Don't touch creative yet.
— Re-check after 24h on the same spend. If still red, NOW swap the angle, not the offer.
— Offer swap is the last lever, not the first, because it resets all your data.
Most "dead" campaigns are 80% fine with a 20% leak. Find the leak before you torch the asset.
Go test it: next time you're tempted to kill it, just cut placements and wait a day.
