SOP #58 — The Asset Handoff Manifest

Closing isn't done until every asset is in your hands. Run this manifest at the final escrow milestone.

1. Domain: confirmed in your registrar account, not just unlocked. Fail if still on seller's account.
2. Site files and database: downloaded and verified to open. Fail on corrupt archives.
3. All logins: hosting, CMS, ad networks, affiliate programs, analytics — each tested by you. Fail on any that don't work.
4. Email list: exported and re-imported to your platform. Fail if locked.
5. Social accounts: recovery email and 2FA now yours. Fail if seller retains access.
6. Supplier and contractor contacts: documented. Fail if the site depends on people you can't reach.
