You're buying the content, so prove the seller owns it free and clear. Run this before transfer.

1. Ask who wrote the articles. Fail if "freelancers" with no work-for-hire agreement on file.
2. Sample 5 posts through a plagiarism checker. Fail on any copied passages.
3. Sample 5 posts through an AI-detection tool to gauge how the content was produced. Flag for refresh planning.
4. Verify image licenses — stock receipts or original files. Fail on hotlinked or unlicensed images.
5. Check for embedded third-party content (quizzes, widgets) tied to a seller subscription. Fail if it dies on transfer.
6. Confirm no Creative Commons content requires attribution you'd have to maintain. Flag each instance.
