How to earn sitelinks for your brand
Today's lesson: sitelinks — those extra links that appear under a main search result, like a mini menu — aren't something you turn on. Google adds them when your site is clearly organized.
Picture searching for a store and seeing "Returns," "Hours," and "Contact" tucked right under the name. That's the goal.
Here's your playbook:
1. Make sure your most important pages live one click from the homepage in your main menu.
2. Give each of those pages a short, plain title that matches its job ("Pricing," not "Our Value Plans").
3. Add a clear internal link to them from your homepage text, using the same words.
Google picks sitelinks from pages it sees as your "key rooms." Clean menus and matching labels tell it which ones.
Try this: search your own brand name and write down which 6 pages you'd want as sitelinks. 🎓
