Delete your entire intro section and rebuild only what survives the delete.
The protocol:
— Cut everything from second 0 to your first real point. All of it.
— Watch what's left. Is the video worse? Usually no.
— Add back ONLY the single line that's genuinely missing, and nothing else.
Intros are where creators stall, summarize, and beg for patience. Viewers smell the stall and leave. The best intro is the one you proved you didn't need.
