Your video has dead air you literally cannot hear, and it's bleeding retention every upload.

Hunt it like this:
— Scrub your timeline at 2x with the visuals off.
— Mark every gap where nothing changes for more than 1.5 seconds: no new word, no new shot.
— Each of those is a click-off window. Tighten or cut.

Dead air isn't silence, it's stasis. The eye and ear both need a change inside 2 seconds or attention drifts. You don't notice because you made it.
