Build a native whitelist from a cold RON run

Trench note: the whitelist IS the asset. Here's how to mine it.

— Run RON (run-of-network) 3-5 days, enough for 200+ clicks per top source.
— Export by source/widget ID. Sort by ROI, then by conversions (1 fluke conv lies, 5 don't).
— Tier them: A = 1.5x+ ROI, B = breakeven, C = bleeders.
— Blacklist all C immediately. Park B for a creative retest.
— Build a campaign that targets ONLY A-tier. Bid up 15% — you want to own those spots.

Reuse this whitelist on your NEXT offer in the same vertical. That's the compounding part.
