The Weekly Ritual Design Worksheet
A ritual is a repeating event members can predict and plan around. Generic "engagement posts" aren't rituals. Design one with this:

☐ Name it ("Wins Wednesday", "Teardown Thursday") — unnamed events don't recur in memory
☐ Fix the trigger: same day, same hour, posted by the same handle
☐ Define the single contribution type (one screenshot, one number, one question)
☐ Write the recurring prompt once; reuse verbatim every week
☐ Assign a host who shows up even when 2 people do
☐ Set the close: a recap that names contributors

Rule: run it 6 weeks before judging. Rituals compound; one-offs evaporate.
