Q: My daily stats never match the network's, so I can't tell if I'm being shorted. What's off?

A: Before you suspect anything, check the clock. The most common reconciliation mistake is two dashboards using different timezones and different attribution windows, so the same conversion lands on different days for each of you.

The quiet mismatches:

— Your tracker reports in your local time; the network reports in UTC or its own. A conversion at 11 p.m. your time is 'tomorrow' for them.
— You count by click date, they count by conversion date. A click on Monday that converts Wednesday splits across reports.
— Your attribution window is 30 days, theirs is 7, so late conversions appear for you and not for them.

Fix: pin both reports to the SAME timezone (UTC is the safe default) and the SAME date basis (conversion date, not click date) before comparing. Confirm the attribution window matches. Only then is a remaining gap worth investigating.

Short version: most 'shorted' stats are timezone and window mismatches. Normalize the clock and the date basis first.
