The geo-split was 100% legal in every country — and still got banned globally
Hot take: An operator served genuinely different, fully-compliant offers by country — gambling where it's licensed, nothing where it isn't. Textbook legal. Spend was around $60k/month.
The platform's blunt-instrument policy can't tell "jurisdiction-aware compliance" from "deceptive switch," so it banned the whole thing. They lost a lawful business to a model that only understands one global rulebook.
Platform policy is now stricter than actual law, and pretends that's the same as ethics. It isn't. Agree? Fight me in the comments.
